Mother's Day Paint Along:Paola Lagunas
Come spend a Saturday Morning doing what I love most! Painting! Starting your weekend creatively will leave you to feel inspired as you walk out with your very own 8x10" Canvas Painting!
All Paints, Brushes, and canvases will be provided for both you and your mami! Artist Paola Lagunas will guide you in painting a beautiful landscape scene that will leave you surprised and impressed at your abilities to create!
We are so Grateful to Nidos Backyard for Hosting us! And I encourage you to come hungry, they have delicious brunch and fabulous refreshing margaritas to get treat your mami for brunch. No food or drink is included in this ticket.

DIY Clay Flower Mirror Workshop with Antonia Lara
n this 2 hour workshop, you will learn how to create your custom mirror by adding/building designs using foam clay. Instructor Antonia will teach you the skills to create your own foam clay designs by using sculpting tools- no previous skills are requiered! Each ticket includes supplies: a 10x8 desk mirror, sculpting tools, glue and a variety of paints.
Participants will leave with their own handcrafted mirror. All materials will be provided by workshop host.
About your Instructor... Antonia Lara Sanchez is a trained industrial designer with a BFA from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso, Chile. For the past six years, Antonia worked as a graphic design and photography teacher in schools throughout Providence, RI and Oakland, CA. She believes in the transformative and healing power of the arts and finds joy in sharing her knowledge with others . Antonia currently works as a full time artist, teaching crafty classes throughout the Bay Area.

Swing by for a cafecito and pan dulce made by Agueda Ulloa owner of Café de la Olla.

☕🏡 Café de la Olla: Brewing up magic in Union City, CA, and beyond! 🚐✨ Agueda Ulloa, the visionary behind it all, launched this venture during the pandemic if you are lucky you have seen her little trailer around different Bay Area events.
Agueda Ulloa is also the granddaughter of a former Mexican bakery owner, who by creating Café de la Olla continues their legacy!
We truly can’t wait!
Oakland Animal Services: Adoption Pup-up
We’re excited to PupUp this Saturday, March 23rd from 3-5pm at Nido’s Backyard with adoptable dogs! Share in community and meet and adopt your new bestie, like cute pup Alfredo (if not adopted beforehand).
Can’t make it to the PupUp? That’s okay! The shelter is open Thursday 12-7pm and Friday-Sunday 12-3pm for adoptions. Click the link in our bio to learn more.
Our current adoption promotions are:
