EARTH NIGHT is a week‐long celebration that fuses music, nightlife, climate and environmental action on a global scale. EARTH NIGHT is part of a global initiative by DJs for Climate Action (DJ4CA). DJ4CA emerged in 2011 when a group of DJs decided to harness the influence of electronic music and DJ culture to power climate solutions and generate action. As a global community unified by music and the pursuit of climate justice, DJ4CA coordinates events to promote tangible impacts while raising funds for vital projects and communities.
In 2025 EARTH NIGHT took place in 29 different events throughout 12 countries, bringing together more than 8,000 people worldwide. The events avoided wasting 180kg of plastic waste and 0 flights were taken by the performing artists! During the week of April 20-27, 2026, there will be numerous global events!
